Pretty nice area. Breakfast with fruit and pastries. Marvellous location to Coppercraft Distillery. Efficient check-in. Excellent service. Very clean pool area too.

Good-sized and well laid out room with a fairly clean bathroom and central heating, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Easy to get to, favourable location so close to stores, restaurants as well as downtown shopping and Holland State Park. Also, to most areas in the city.

We stayed at this location on several occasions because of its kindness, comfort, staff friendliness, and value.

There are no negatives.

The location is great and the rooms have nice facilities like a comfy bed and a couch.

The staff was very friendly, I didn't realize we would have a hot breakfast each morning, unexpected surprise. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

The bathroom lighting wasn't bright enough. For a woman, we need light to put on makeup, and it would have been nice to have a pull out wall mirror to be able to see up close to put the makeup on..

incredibly clean. They were very accommodating with breakfast on Sunday. Was not scheduled to be available until 7am, however, we explained our daughter was running in Gazelle Girl 1/2 marathon in GR and Would some food be available around 6am. Everything was out by 6 and it was delicious. Nice place to stay.

Great location close to the US 🌟 with many restaurants, attractions, and downtown shopping options nearby. The staff members are super friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is new and very clean.

Breakfast ending at 9 am. Although we stayed in the middle of the week, we were on vacation and did not necessarily want to be limited by 9 am ending of breakfast. In all due fairness, at 9:15, there were still many people eating and staff was around helping.

The desk staff were so friendly and really helpful.

Great location so close to a cool outdoor shopping area – super comfy. the rooms were all updated and fresh, and they even had a jacuzzi and a cozy couch. Plus, they hooked it up with toiletries for all four of us! 🛁

Location is out on the edge city sprawl of hotels, retail "centres", business areas - you need to drive to go almost anywhere. Thought the price was high for what the place offers.

we almost booked at the other motels but found yours.Why would anybody book anywhere else when there's a Marriot next door? The small price differance was well worth it!

The location of this venue is fantastic, within close proximity to restaurants, attractions, and even the United States border, making it very convenient.

The staff was very helpful in telling us where to find things we were looking for. I was also impressed how the manager was helping clean off breakfast tables to help his staff.

Overall, the comfort of the room, bed and bathroom updated and cleanness over the scale of 9. The bed was so cozy. I was very impressive. The staff front desk and housekeeping was friendly and courteous.

The lobby is too small (about 2x2 sq. feet) and it's open to the breakfast area, therefore it looks crowd. The lobby doesn't give the impression of a three stars-hotel as the room rate for one night is not below $149.99. In the rooms, they should put a bottle a water for brewing coffee,, I think they're assuming the tap water of the bathroom sink is ok to drink,,,no,,,not for everyone. So we didn't make coffee in the room. And one small thing, the toilet seat was a little bit loose so it needs to be fixed but we still used with no problems. With all the above said, if management takes care of it, it will give an excellent impression of a 3-4 stars-hotel to it. Thank you.
